As a Plan Administrator you will be responsible for the production of plan documents and amendments that explain the rules, regulations, and operation of various types of retirement plans such as 403(b), 401(k), Money Purchase, and Profit Sharing Plans.

About the role
We want to hear from you today if you can:
  • Draft retirement plan documents using established procedures for specific plan document type to meet plan design and legal requirements.
  • Prepare supporting documents to reflect conditions and data specific to the client’s retirement plan design.
  • Identify plan document provisions and operational issues that fall outside of established procedures to review with Project Manager/Team Lead for resolution.
  • Review multiple data sources (e.g. master file, databases, etc.) to capture information needed to prepare plan document.
  • Update and maintain various databases using established procedures.
  • Contact internal partners and clients as needed to obtain additional or missing information.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years related experience in the retirement industry or in drafting complex documents.
  • Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills a must.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Positive attitude and works well in a team environment.
  • High level of initiative and able to work independently to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of retirement plans required.
  • Current QPA or QKA ASPPA designation preferred.
  • Experience in Relius and/or ASC document drafting software.
