Duncan Financial Group is seeking a distribution processor to join our Plan Administration Department.

  • Communicate with clients, participants and vendors via telephone and email for all distribution processing
  • Prepare/send year-end terminated participant notices
  • Prepare/send distribution forms and loan paperwork to plan participants
  • Monitor/track distribution and loan information
  • Record, track, and ensure all distribution fees are received
  • Process all required involuntary force-outs and auto rollovers
  • Keep current on all recordkeeper processes for distributions and force-outs
  • Process annual loan maintenance fees
  • Have an understanding of vesting percentage calculations
  • Assist with QDRO processing
  • Utilize employee locator service for missing participants
  • Proficient MS Office and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • General office experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Process driven
