Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs candy store is looking for a Retail Sales & Customer Service Rep. Ideal candidate will provide an excellent customer experience. You will help identify client needs, answer questions about our products and make recommendations. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers have a 'kid in a candy store' experience and you will contribute to your success & the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information
- Answer questions about specific products
- Cross-sell & up-sell products
- Ensure fully stocked displays
- Provide customer feedback, questions, & requests to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products
- Follow all legal, health, & store policies
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication
- Build trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Weekend availability is a must. Every other weekend is the minimum.
- High school diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $13.65 - $14.15 per hour

- Colorado Springs, CO 80903: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Can you lift boxes weighing upto 40 pounds on a 6 foot shelf & take it off?
- The nature of retaill work requires weekend work. Can you consistantly work Friday, Saturday, &/or Sunday?

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service or retail: 1 year (Preferred)
