RETAIL ASSOCIATE

Associates should provide prompt, friendly and attentive customer service, be willing to learn all areas and help train team members. Be willing to learn inventory and stock placement. Associate understand our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilites;
- Deliver on our values, policies and procedures.
- Assist with visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.
- Maintain loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, and making product recommendations.

- Resourceful self-starter.
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $530.00 - $750.00 per week
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newark, NJ 07102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
