Team Member - Smokin’ Oak Wood Fired Pizza & Taproom

Fire up your restaurant career at Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza! From our unique wood-fired oven and open plan kitchen design to the way we "wow" our guests throughout the dining experience, we are eager to invite you to join our team. Crafting high quality pizzas super fast and super fresh while having fun is the core of our culture. We offer flexible part time or full time schedules. Whether you have experience as a cashier, server, cook, prep cook, dishwasher, or no experience at all, this could be your opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

We serve fantastic wood-fired pizza and also have Arkansas' first Digital Taproom Wall with 40 Taps serving of beer, ciders, wine, and mixed drinks. It's truly a unique experience for our Guests and we're looking for upbeat, energetic Team Members to be a part of the opening team!

We need Cashiers, Pizza Toppers, Oven Operators, Food Expeditors and Prep Cooks. Some of the skills required depending on your position are:

• MUST Be 18 YEARS OLD DUE TO ALCOHOL SALES AND RESTOCKING REQUIREMENTS.
• Operate a cash register and complete guest orders
• Hand push dough, top pizzas perfectly
• Cook pizzas in a custom wood-fired oven
• Serve food to guests in the dining room
• Follow all procedures to ensure high standards of quality and speed
• Work quickly and efficiently as a team player
• Chop vegetables and herbs fresh for every meal service
• Maintain a clean, well stocked area so you are ready to serve our guests

All Team Members must greet and interact with guests to exceed their expectations and create a "wow" experience each and every time they visit our restaurant.

Requirements

• We are looking for over 18 years old due to alcohol sales and stocking requirements
• Friendly, sincere, upbeat attitude
• Well groomed
• Acts urgently and moves quickly
• Can stand for 8 hours and lift between 35-50 pounds
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to memorize specialty pizzas
