We are a 9-year-old company that started in La Jolla as a counter service taco stand. We've opened 8 new restaurants since then and have no plans to slow down. People go crazy for our tacos, guac, and cocktails. We probably wouldn't have 9 spots if they didn't. We didn't love the Mexican-style beers on offer so we decided to buy a brewery and make our own. Our team comes first, as it should. We hire for attitude and train for aptitude.
About You:
- Obsessed with food, beverage, and the restaurant industry in general. You probably also love to travel.
- Prior restaurant experience is great but a pattern of excellence and leadership is more important.
