Requirements of our fast-casual Restaurant Assistant Manager:
- Must have fast-casual restaurant Manager experience
- Must understand how to motivate as team
- Ability to make, own and follow through on decisions
- Demonstration of initiating policy/procedures for improvement
Our Restaurant Assistant General Manager responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
- Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Participating in weekly food/supply inventory and ordering
- Managing a team in a production oriented restaurant
- Ensuring great customer service
- Ensuring health and safety restaurant regulations
To be successful in this role, you’ll need solid Restaurant Management experience overseeing both front and back of the house restaurant management operations. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house restaurant management experience is also a plus, as you’ll hire qualified BOH as well as FOH staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
