Mason Pro Services of Mesa, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Residential Sales Coordinator to facilitate an exceptional customer experience through involvement and action with the residential sales and installation process from start to finish.

ABOUT THE JOB*

• Scheduling sales appointments
• Assisting sales personnel in closing jobs
• Ordering residential equipment
• Completing and / or verifying paperwork as it relates to the job / project.
• Maintain a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer, and all company department
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met.
• Some reporting and data maintenance is also required
• Assist Customer Service as needed

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS*

• Sales Coordinator experience
• 3+ years retail sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office
• Advanced customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail

We pay a* competitive wage* of $22 - $27/hr.

Experience in the AC, plumbing or electrical industry is preferred, but not required.
