Residential paint and drywall touchups, traveling within Louisville, Shelbyville, and La Grange. If you would like to work independently and you possess customer service skills AND strong communication skills, this is the job for you. Candidate must be reliable, M-F or this relationship will not work.

The ideal candidates are professional with some to extensive painting experience as well as drywall repair. We are hiring for multiple positions so we would be willing to train the right person with some experience if they demonstrate the attention to detail and self motivation this job requires. Candidates must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which includes performing repetitive movements, standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs and ladders, etc.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to carry paint and supplies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair Nail Pops, Prime and Paint as described in the work order
• Manage your time on our company mobile APP, make notes and communicate job status via the App
• Maintains clean, and organized work areas and performs final cleaning duties at the end of the day
• Inspects work for the highest quality and communicates any issues to management
• Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer's property
• Follows all safety policies and procedures

YOU MUST ALREADY OWN OR PURCHASE THE FOLLOWING HAND TOOLS

• Paint roller 9 & 18"
• Paint pan(s)
• Paint brushes
• Drywall Knife
• Mud Pan
• Hand Sander
• Small Shop Vac

QUALIFICATIONS

• Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
• Drywall experience (knowledge of different materials, 5/20minute mud)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented***
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check

The following is not required but would be a plus

+ Experience installing baseboard

+ Experience installing doors
