Job description
Walker Methodist Plaza seeks Resident Assistants that are looking to join a team with a fun and supportive atmosphere! Hourly wage ranges from $16.50 to $19, dependent on transferable experience! Schedule:
- Full-time and Part-time PMs and Overnights!
- PM-2:45PM-11PM or short shift 5PM-10PM
- NOC-10:45PM-7PM
- Every other weekend and a rotating holiday schedule
**Now offering a $0.50 shift differential for every hour worked on the PM shift and $1.00 on overnights!**
Minimum qualifications:
- Sensitivity to resident needs
- Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers and residents
- The want to join a supportive, team-building environment
- Previous experience in medication administration
- Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
- Available to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- High-school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in acute care or long-term care
Current MN Nursing Assistant certification
