Role Overview

We are looking for:

  • Being a contributing member of a diverse team.
  • Responsible for the development of novel molecules and processes from laboratory scale through industrial scale.
  • Leading projects from feasibility to industrialization / commercialization phase.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and supporting all safety and good housekeeping practices accordingly.
  • Developing processes at the lab and pilot scale with the goal to identify critical operating conditions to satisfy customers’ requirements and prepare a robust technical package.
  • Supporting industrial trials at manufacturing sites to demonstrate process capability communicating results (written and oral) and discusses with cross functional teams.
  • Safety delivery and adherence to building safety culture.
  • Delivery of innovation projects from lab to industrial scale on time with good communication to stakeholders
  • Successfully deliver on Novecare Market R&I needs

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to safe laboratory practices and ability to perform laboratory work safely
  • BS / MS (preferred) Chemistry / Chemical Engineering plus 5+ years’ experience preferred
  • Biotechnology background a plus
  • Demonstrated process engineering skills and scale up of new products a plus
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders and through technical written reports
  • Ability to solve complex engineering problems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • MS Office and Google suite knowledge
  • Familiarity with Aspen & Minitab is a plus
  • Excellent independent, curious, and open mind

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $73,032 to $91,290 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
