Role Overview
We are looking for:
- Being a contributing member of a diverse team.
- Responsible for the development of novel molecules and processes from laboratory scale through industrial scale.
- Leading projects from feasibility to industrialization / commercialization phase.
- Ensuring a safe working environment and supporting all safety and good housekeeping practices accordingly.
- Developing processes at the lab and pilot scale with the goal to identify critical operating conditions to satisfy customers’ requirements and prepare a robust technical package.
- Supporting industrial trials at manufacturing sites to demonstrate process capability communicating results (written and oral) and discusses with cross functional teams.
- Safety delivery and adherence to building safety culture.
- Delivery of innovation projects from lab to industrial scale on time with good communication to stakeholders
- Successfully deliver on Novecare Market R&I needs

You will bring:
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to safe laboratory practices and ability to perform laboratory work safely
- BS / MS (preferred) Chemistry / Chemical Engineering plus 5+ years’ experience preferred
- Biotechnology background a plus
- Demonstrated process engineering skills and scale up of new products a plus
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders and through technical written reports
- Ability to solve complex engineering problems
- Strong analytical skills
- MS Office and Google suite knowledge
- Familiarity with Aspen & Minitab is a plus
- Excellent independent, curious, and open mind

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $73,032 to $91,290 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
