Purpose of Position:
The Replenishment Analyst will partner with vendors, buyers, store operations, supply chain and Inventory Planning to manage store In-Stocks and fill rate, PO on-time and fill rate, inventory, turns, days of Supply, inventory health and age, and implement best practices to support our growth
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow the Replenishment and Planning best practices that support sales/margin goals and inventory productivity improvement
• Achieves Sales, Margin, Inventory Turnover and In-stocks as designated to plan
• Participates in the weekly, monthly, and seasonal long-range tactical and financial planning across a wide array of vendors and categories
• Ensure department and SKU level planning reflects unique store and merchandise assortments that allows for sharp transition between selling periods
• Leads information sharing and problem solving with vendors around purchase orders, capabilities, capacities, forecasting, and network inventory flow.
• Responsible for the creation, accuracy, communication, tracking and management of Purchase Orders on a daily basis.
• Responsible for the developing and coordinating the optimal flow plan of all Purchase Orders into the DC.
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of order policy, settings, and all business metrics within.
• Manages purchase order generation, value, and frequency to support DC inventory fulfillment
• Manages the flow of all seasonal, in-line and "one time buy" DC inventories
• Establishes and maintains solid vendor relations and management of vendor order projections.
• Be a key contact for vendors and DC's in supporting, forecasting, smooth order flow, and PO issue resolution
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Must be able to analyze detailed data in order to make solid business critical decisions and/or recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education/Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in Analytics or Planning
