What the Ideal Candidate will do:
The Service & Repair Technician will provide customer service and technical support for company products in-house and at customer sites, including the following:
- Repairs/Upgrades equipment, troubleshoots machines, and recommends corrective actions.
- Provides timely communication between the customer and the company.
- Periodic field service and support may be required.
- Analyzes reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future processes.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Associate's degree in electrical or mechanical discipline from a two-year college or technical school.
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in DVM, O-Scope, and instruments used in troubleshooting of electro schematics diagrams.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Must possess strong communication, math, and computer skills. SAP experience preferred.
- Travel up to 40% of the time, sometimes internationally.
