Position Overview:

The Online Registration Specialist is a registration expert within the nonprofit and fundraising registration world. The Online Registration Specialist exemplifies the Labyrinth brand by ensuring that our standard of quality is upheld. This role demonstrates top performance in all aspects of their work.


The Online Registration Specialist work with our Labyrinth Registration Specialists. Online Registration Specialists ensure delivering clean, precise, accurate work with a timely turnaround of all online filings.


Responsibilities:

Work

  • Ensures the timely, accurate filing of our online registrations
    • File state initial and renewal online applications in a timely manner
    • Demonstrate the ability to work in a highly complex and fast-paced environment that requires detail and execution of each online registration
    • Use technology tools to improve efficiency
  • Submits tickets through Wrike to address any software errors to be updated

Knowledge

  • Maintains a proficient level of knowledge of the registration applications and requirements
  • Understands the unique needs and challenges of the online registration process
  • Maintains a competent level of knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains familiarity with IRS Form 990 and audited financial statements with the ability to recognize the content of the form ie: signed and dated, complete EIN, etc.
  • Maintains intermediate computer skills, and is able to troubleshoot problems with our technology department.
  • Researches application requirements and instructions.

  • Uses exceptional judgment when faced with a wide variety of online registration scenarios
  • Provides information and guidance to the team, and understands when and how to escalate issues
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates creativity in their work, while maintaining sound judgment
  • Anticipates issues, takes proactive action, and communicates outward as needed

    • Work product is of the highest quality, and is subject to variable inspection
    • Files a minimum of 500 online applications per month

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of nonprofit state registration filing experience
  • Exceptionally focused, detail-oriented, consistent, and accurate
  • Maintains a proven track record of working quickly while maintaining work integrity
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and multitask in a rapidly-evolving environment
  • Enjoys the challenge of new, complex problems and learning of new information
  • Executes tasks with urgency to meet deadlines


Compensation and Benefits:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20. The hourly rate is commensurate with experience.

This position is a fully remote, Monday through Friday, 40-hour work week. Local candidates may work a hybrid schedule from our Carlsbad, CA; Rockville, MD; or Lancaster, PA offices.
