Job Summary:

We are currently looking to add to our team a client services team member at Benefects, www.Benefects.com, an Acrisure Agency Partner. As a Benefits Specialist, you will deliver support to clients responding to their inquiries in a timely manner, assisting with claims questions, and keeping data bases up to date. You will contribute to client growth, client retention, and to our overall team.

Responsibilities:

• Client Support, responding to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion
• Benefits Enrollment Implementation and Processing
• Carrier Portal Data Entry
• Employee Navigator Customer Assistance
• Employee Navigator open enrollment updates for clients
• Employee Navigator Build Outs
• Employee Navigator open enrollment updates for clients
• Assist Account Manager with large groups
• Benefit Quoting assistance
• Employee Benefit Package Creation
• Client Power Point Creation
• Understand client needs and identify products and services to address them
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Previous knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zywave, Employee Navigator, and/or BenefitPoint a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education/Experience:

• College degree preferred. High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in experience, required
• 3+ years working with data bases, client support, and benefit admin platforms a plus
