Long term, Position Offered for respectful ranch hand in Jupiter, FL. Must be a mature person, fluent in English, non-temperamental, no addictions and lives in the USA.

Very peaceful, quiet and beautiful 5-acre, horse farm. No shows, no trainers, just a low activity, western, adult-only barn with horse lovers. This is a full time, live on property stall cleaner, horse caretaker and property maintenance position for a physically able, strong person who listens and can follow directions. This is not a barn manager position. You must be willing to take direction from a woman. You will be treated with respect and kindness and the same is expected in return at all times.

Non-smoking, no tobacco use, drugs, addictions, prescription drug addictions or excessive drinking accepted. Mature and responsible adult with a minimum 10 years' experience cleaning stalls, handling horses and maintaining cleanliness of an equine barn and property. Clean background check, drug checks and references required. This is a job for a normal, sane, person who can handle fence posts, moving hay, cleaning stalls, lawn maintenance, basic property maintenance and truly loves horses. These horses are treated very well, and we do not ignore their needs.

This job does not involve any riding or training. This is a fantastic position for someone with a passion for horses, extensive experience working on a horse farm, is known as a "Mr. Fix it" and has a love of the outdoors and a peaceful, quiet environment. Living accommodations (One room with adjoining bathroom) provided for one clean and respectful, single individual. No pets. One person only.
