Title: Rehab Coach – Woodland Commons (#2022-033-1556)
Location: Woodland Commons Macedon, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday 1:15p – 10:00p
Salary: Starting at $16.05/hr. PLUS based on Education & Experience (to be discussed during phone screening)

Rehab Coach Description: Collaborates, coaches, and aids individuals with mental illnesses in a residential (community residence, apartment, SRO, enriched crisis and transitional housing) setting. Primarily responsible for teaching/supporting the skills necessary for optimal success living independently. Based upon individual needs and preferences, utilizes recovery-focused, strengths based, person-centered practices to assist individuals in gaining (regaining) skills lost as a result of mental illness. Individual will strive to create a healing environment that respects the perspectives and experiences of the individuals, families, staff and communities we serve by practicing safe, respectful communication as well as respecting individuals’ boundaries and differences.
Rehab Coach Qualifications: High School Diploma with two (2) years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Valid NYS Driver’s License
