HEALTH SOURCE GROUP IS HIRING!

OPEN ROLES: Registered Nurse (RN) & Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for immediate hire!

Health Source Group a trusted pioneer of healthcare consulting and staffing currently seeks compassionate, qualified, and committed Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Assistant to service nursing homes located within Westchester County.

TOWN/COUNTY: Westchester, New York

NURSING HOME DUTIES

• Perform clinical and non-clinical duties as assigned by facility or lead practitioner;
• Administer medication as prescribed by physician
• Adhere to hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by the State Board of Nursing, State Nurse Practice Act, and other governing agency regulations;
• Take and record vital signs, such as, but not limited to: patient blood pressure, temperature, and weight, and, report all concerns immediately.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and departmental records;
• Assess patients' reactions and responses to new and existing medications, and, monitor patients' mental health status.
• Assist with medical procedures as needed;
• Monitor patient health status and report all health changes;
• Safely collect samples for testing as per the best, most compliant practices;
• Provide emotional and mental support and comfort to all patients and promote a healthy patient experience and living environment.

SHIFTS + COMPENSATION

• Full-time; Part-time;

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (candidates must provide all documents)

• Updated resume
• 2 forms of identification (i.e., Driver License and Social Security Card or Passport)
• Current New York State CNA License or RN License
• Physical (must have been completed within one-year)
• PPD (must have been within one-year or recent chest x-ray)
• Immunizations: Titers (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, + Varicella)
• CPR Card (BLS and/or ACLS)

Pay Range:

· RN/RN Manager: $40.00-$60.00

· CNA: $19.00-$23.00
