KMC offers services in a wide array of specialties for both inpatient and outpatient services. The main campus has:
- Six operating rooms
- Two procedure rooms
- Two Cath Labs
- PACU for preoperative and postoperative patients
- Three inpatient nursing units: Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Intensive Care
- Outpatient services including: X-Ray, CT, MRI, PET, PT, Lab, and Cardiac Rehab
- 24 hour Emergency Department
In addition to our main campus, KMC operates:
- Three Family Practice clinics located in Andover and Derby
- Two Cardiology Clinics located in NE Wichita
- Multiple Cardiology Outreach Clinics throughout the state of Kansas

Education/Training:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse License Issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Conscious Sedation certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred upon hire, must be obtained within six months of hire.
Experience Required:
One to two years of experience preferred.
