NOTES
- MedSurg RN Needed, ASAP start and for 13 weeks
- 3x12 Nights 6:45pm-7:15am, weekdays, EOW, holidays
- BLS, ACLS required
- Must have PA license - no exceptions
- IV starts, Telemetry, Critical care Drips, Foleys
- 2 years’ experience required; travel experience required
- Meditech EMR used here
- Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report. All RTO must be included with profile.
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown
$600 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER THRID WEEK OF WORK
