Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with the State of Ohio
- Must have current BLS certification meeting AHA standards
- Cardiac monitor experience preferred
- ACLS certification maintained or obtain certification within 1 year.
Job Description:
The IC/TU RN is responsible for providing quality direct and indirect patient care, while following CHWC policies and procedures. Telemetry RN job duties include cardiac monitoring, care of acutely ill patients requiring close monitoring, care of cardiac dysrhythmia, chest pain and hear failure patients, moderate sedation bedside procedures and care of pre/post Cath Lab procedure patients. In addition, ICU RN job duties include acute cardiac or respiratory failure care, acute MI care, initiating and managing critical drops, hemodynamic monitoring, post cardiac arrest care and mechanical ventilation..
