We are looking for experienced RNs for a Community Access Level 3 Trauma Hospital near Mount Shasta in northern California.
Requirements :
- RN license in CA or ability to obtain
- 2+ years of Inpatient RN experience REQUIRED
- Previous ED experience PREFERRED
- BLS, ACLS required to start, NRP required within 3 months
- Health, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug coverage, Life Insurance, Supplemental Insurance
- PTO, Sick Leave, Extended Sick Leave and Paid Holidays
- 403(b) Retirement plan
- Very light on call schedule

- The staff Registered Nurse functions independently in performing the nursing process through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of safe therapeutic care for all patient’s overt and covert needs and/or complications of treatment on his/her shift.
- The Staff Registered Nurse manages and coordinates the clinical activities on their patient assignment and may be assigned to coordinate the unit activities during his/her shift.
