RN Resident (RN Residency Program)

$10K sign-on bonus for med/surg units!

Our RN Residency Program helps new graduates transition into their nursing practice by emphasizing orientation, education, and evidence-based practice. The program allows residents to explore multiple units within their clinical track and engage in didactic learning, state-of-the-art simulations, and training with a dedicated preceptor. We give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and excel all while you are helping improve the health of the community.
We provide compensation of $32.16/hour plus shift and weekend differentials and offer tuition reimbursement of $5,250 per year for a total of $21,000, as well as scholarships of $1,200 per semester. Beginning summer 2023, we are offering a $10K sign-on bonus for med/surg units.

Fall 2024 Cohort Start Dates:

• Monday, October 7, 2024 (Interviews begin July 2023)

Minimum Job Qualifications

· Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia before the start of the program. Please see the start dates listed above.

· Educational requirements: Associate degree
