Registered Nurse (RN)
$1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus
Immanuel Campus of Care is looking to hire reliable and talented Registered Nurses. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility as a Registered Nurse.

Job Functions
- Regulate and adjust medication and treatments.
- Make medical appointments for residents as necessary.
- Initiate Care Plans and recommend changes as needed.
- Assist with case management.
- Participate in Care Center surveys (inspections).
- Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
- Assist with resident’s discharge plan.
- Complete shift entry on the nursing 24 Hour Report.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs.
- Make “rounds” on your units.
- Perform routine documentation duties.
- Maintain accurate narcotic medication records.
- Assist with direct resident care as needed.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer functions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a high stress and fast-paced environment.
- Desire to work with geriatric population.
- Knowledge of proper Infection Control Procedures.
Employment Requirements
- AZ Registered Nurse License
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
- Current TB Test (available on-site)
- Current Hands-on CPR Certificate for Healthcare Professionals
Shifts Available
This is a Non-Exempt FLSA status position in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift preference will be discussed during the interview.
Salary:
$37.00 – $42.00 per hour DOE
