Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager in our Denver, CO area.

Experience: 2-5 years working in healthcare environment is preferred. Must have clinical operations and management experience. Radiology experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures operational excellence and delivery of quality care
• Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple facilities across a geographic region.
• Responsible for financial performance of assigned facilities included P&L responsibility
• Primary focus will be on improving operational performance, implementation of best practices, and driving continuous improvement of target KPI’s
• Proven ability to creatively problem solve
• Responsible for assessing staffing levels in coordination with center management to improve efficiency, workflow and patient care
• Partnership with Commercial and Marketing Departments to manage relationships with referring providers to resolve referral and patient workflow concerns
• Human Resource responsibilities –including hiring and orienting staff, developing and monitoring staff and performing annual evaluations
• Participates in establishing consistent performance improvement activities and plans within the facility
• Ability to prioritize patient needs, realizing that primary customer needs take precedence over individual needs
• Displays a caring and responsive attitude and conducts all activities respecting patient, family, and employee rights and expectations
• Fosters a positive and professional clinic environment by interacting with all persons in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner and by participating as a team member
• Diffuses/resolves conflict by appropriately communicating with those involved
• Accepts constructive criticism and gives suggestions in a professional manner
• Anticipates customer needs and responds accordingly as evidenced by satisfaction surveys and individual reports
• May require schedule flexibility as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of multi-site operations management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent healthcare experience, advanced degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Team building and strong leadership skills
• Self-starter who is able to manage his / her time effectively
• Takes initiative and is accountable for results
• Familiarity with financial statements and financial management concepts
• Physician relations experience preferred
• Results oriented, high energy with a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty
• Great organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Imaging industry strongly preferred

Salary: $75-100k+ + Bonus
