We are eager to bring new, energetic faces to the distribution business. If you are good with people, thrive in independence and can handle a physically active position, this career is for you. Our Sales/Delivery Route Driver should be personable, hardworking, professional, and dependable.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6am~3pm (end time may vary)
• No weekends!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers in your sales territory.
• Drive a company vehicle (size of a box truck) and serve customers on a designated route.
• Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized.
• Comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability.
• Execute promotional activity and growth sales directives.
• Perform business reviews with your customers with our first-class data and sales sheets.
• Maximize your potential, your customer’s potential, and your company’s potential by communicating, growing and addressing needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager
• Basic accounting and math skills
• Sales Experience, at least 1 year. Work with DSD, preferred
• Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills
• Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull)
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record, comfortable driving delivery vehicle
• 21+ years of age
• DOT medical card required (If you do not have one, you will need to take the DOT physical.)
• High school diploma or GED required

Qualified candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, physical aptitude test, a criminal background check and driving background check.
