Schedule: 37.5 hours per week. Full Time, Non-Exempt
Remote vs On Site: 90%/10%
Do I need to drive for this position? No, but you must have reliable transportation to attend recruitment events and go to the office as needed.

We will begin to review applications on March 24th and will continue to review applications until the position is filled.

The Objective: To support the sourcing and screening of candidates, and day to day recruitment tasks to fill open positions with diversely talented and skills individuals.
Success:
You will know you are successful in this role when you are sourcing for candidates consistently, and both candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Snapshot:
Much of your work time will be spent behind a computer, working from home. On an average day, the recruitment specialist will perform daily tasks along all stages of the hiring process, under the guidance of the Equity and Recruitment Manager, including monitoring our applicant tracking system, responding to requests for assistance from hiring managers and candidates, preparing and send out offers/new hire paperwork.
Qualifications:
You are a self-starter with 1 or more years of experience as a recruiter. You are tech-savvy, proficient in Excel, have excellent basic math skills, and can seamlessly manage competing priorities. You are detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent time management skills. You can learn new concepts quickly and easily. You are willing to travel for recruitment-related events locally and nationally a few times a year and represent the organization. If you have experience working with UKG, or other HRIS, and/or are bilingual that is a plus.

Primary Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: This position is key to finding candidates and moving them through the recruitment process for open positions ranging from Nurses to administrative roles. To do this you will:
Think outside the box, and creatively use online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates. Seek out, identify, and make recommendations on additional sourcing channels. Write short blubs about open positions and post on social media. Continuously identify and propose recruitment events and job fairs to manager, coordinate attendance, and participate as a representative of the organization. Maintain a record of all sourcing efforts.
Point of Contact for Candidates and Hiring Managers: Clear and timely communication is central to providing a positive candidate experience and meeting the needs of the hiring manager. To that end you will:
  • Field candidate questions at all stages of the hiring process and provide information on the organization in general, benefits we offer, and connect them with hiring managers when needed.
  • Coordinate conversational language assessments for new and existing employees
  • Keep hiring managers in the loop throughout the hiring process by communicating any updates or changes in a timely manner.
  • Respond to questions and requests from hiring managers and loop in Equity and Recruitment manager when appropriate.
  • Provide hiring managers with applicant tracking system support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Screen, schedule, and coordinate communication with applicants for specific positions.
Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end: You own all day-to-day moving parts of the hiring process. To ensure everything works like a well-oiled machine you:
  • Maintain the recruitment database and input necessary tracking details daily.
  • Request background checks, and at times reference checks, through our vendor, analyzes results and make recommendations in compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Assist in the preparation of all offer materials.
  • Prepare, send, and file onboarding paperwork via Adobe Sign
  • Post, update, and maintain job postings on our applicant tracking system and all external sites we post on

COVID-19 Vaccine:
PPRM requires that all employees are fully vaccinated as a condition of employment. An employee is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) or one dose of a single- dose vaccination (Johnson and Johnson/Janssen). Proof must be uploaded upon starting. You will upload a picture or pdf of your vaccination card(s) on your first day of orientation.

Flu Protocol:
All employees working directly with patients or working in a health center will be required to have the flu shot or wear a mask during patient contact or while in the health center from October 1 – April 30 each year (Flu Season). The flu shot will be available to health center employees in the health center in addition to being able to seek the flu vaccine externally through the medical plan or reimbursement.
