Recruiting Coordinator |Full-Cycle

Location: Remote/Onsite - San Francisco Bay Area Residence Required.

The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in understanding the skill set required for employees to be successful, communicating recruitment objectives, processes and ensuring a great overall candidate/employee experience.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Partners with hiring managers and HR to identify recruitment needs.
  • Coordinates recruiting efforts, including tracking resumes, screening resumes, preliminary interviews and scheduling interviews with appropriate managers.
  • Prepares appropriate response letters and provides resume and supporting documentation if needed to HR and appropriate managers.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to identify recruitment strategy, key requirements, edit job descriptions, and ensure the employment brand is consistently communicated.
  • Assess candidates for relevant skills and experience, and present talented, qualified candidates to the hiring team.
  • Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers; and respond quickly to any requests to ensure a stellar recruiting experience
  • Review, assess, and adjust recruiting strategies based on recruiting metrics and goals.

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and interview
  • Consultative and collaborative communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proactively follows up with candidates and hiring managers and responds quickly to any requests to ensure a quality recruitment experience.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Readily shares knowledge, partners with colleagues, and contributes to the positive team approach.
