Job Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator recruits and places assigned or referred providers (including but not limited to Anesthesiologists, Hospitalists, CRNAs and CRNPs) for assignments as Locum Tenens or permanent FTE positions at assigned sites.

What you will do in this role
  • Develops and maintains a pool of qualified anesthesia providers, managing providers scheduling coverage needs, while working with the team and coordinating presentations of candidates to hiring managers to meet the needs of assigned clients
  • Responsible for managing the full staffing and recruiting process with an emphasis on scheduling and creating a great candidate experience and building an impressive employer brand.
  • Work remotely but also able to attend corporate & recruiting events. Some travel to clients site visits and conferences.
  • Recruits viable anesthesia providers from all sources by prospecting and generating referrals including but not limited to conference leads, working personnel, and former candidates.
  • Sells current and upcoming opportunities to prospective providers and submits qualified applicants to fill open positions for assigned areas; works with operations team to connect positions with providers at assigned locations.
  • Builds and maintains loyal active base of working candidates for staffing coverage needs.
  • Maintains and updates candidate files to include work history and other applicable documentation. Completes screenings for potential candidates and evaluations per applicable standards.
  • Negotiates and processes contract paperwork and assignment details.
  • Assists Credentialing Department in obtaining list of required documentation for candidate and follow up to confirm 100% compliance for assignment.
  • Identify candidates who are the right match for the position and company culture.
  • Regularly interacts and works positively with internal support departments.
  • Constantly communicate with candidates regarding compensation, client needs, and any other assignment related details, including travel and housing, professional liability, and orientation.
  • Respond to questions and process timesheets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to providers, internal, and external customers.
  • Meet and maintain minimum outbound call, presentation, and new candidate submission requirements.
  • Accurately document, track and report recruiting and staffing activity.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current openings/future consideration in our recruiting database.
What qualifications you will need

  • Education: College degree in related field or business management preferred but not required; or equivalent blend of experience and education.
  • Licensure and Certifications: Recruiting certifications preferred but not required.
  • Work Experience: At least 2-4 years’ experience in healthcare recruiting or a related function.
  • Anesthesia recruiting experience preferred.
