We are looking for an experienced and talented Recruiter to find and hire talent for our family of pest control companies!

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or sales, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Job Responsibilities

· Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process, including identifying efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the needs of the organization.

· Source candidates, both active and passive, for a variety of entry- to mid-management career level opportunities.

  • Seek out new sources and opportunities to build the candidate pool, including building relationships within the communities in which we operate through job fairs, community involvement and other opportunities.
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.

· Track applicants and prepare recruiting metrics to assist in employee retention and maintain quality of candidates.

· Screen applications and select qualified candidates to present to the hiring managers for consideration.

· Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials to secure the highest quality of talent.

· Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, securing successful background checks, acceptance, start dates, and other pertinent details to ensure an outstanding onboarding experience.

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 year of recruiting or sales experience preferred. Pest control industry knowledge a big plus!

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, good interviewing is a must.

· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative, manage workload and meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems; current software is Workday.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
