We are looking for a high energy, outgoing and fun Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team! Come join a great organization and an awesome HR team via this newly added role!

Purpose

The Recruiter will be responsible for 1) supporting the Director of Human Resources (DHR) in the execution of Full Circle Health recruitment strategies, 2) facilitating communication between Hiring Manager and prospective employees during the recruitment process, 3) recommending and implementing creative recruitment strategies, and 4) supports the broader HR team as needed.

Schedule - 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, healthcare administration or similar field preferred.

Experience

  • 2 or more years’ recruitment or human resources experience preferred or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Licensure / Certification

  • SHRM-CP or PHR beneficial
