As a Recruiter, you will recruit and place candidates through a variety of methods that include searching our internal database, external searches, referrals and contacts, and direct recruiting. .This is a great opportunity for a entry level engineer that wants to get into the recruiting field.

REQUIREMENTS:

Some previous recruiting experience. Previous HR experience helpful

Engineering and/or Manufacturing background extremely helpful.

Self-motivated who can take initiative and be proactive. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills.

You will gain a strong working knowledge of social websites such as Linked-in, Twitter, Facebook, Indeed, Ziprecruiter and other professional job boards.

Evaluates potential candidates with a good understanding of client job requirements.

Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software

Should be able to easily strike up a conversation. Have the ability to negotiate and talk thru what can be a complex hiring process.

Be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Have the ability to strategize and ‘think outside the box.
