About the position:

BayPLS has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our growing People team. Are you someone who is passionate about connecting great talent to rewarding careers? The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to find creative ways to identify and attract talent throughout the organization at all levels including Clinical, Operations, People, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams. This includes utilizing creative sourcing solutions to engage both active and passive talent. The Recruiter serves as an ambassador and champion in creating an exceptional candidate experience across all stages of the candidate journey. This is a high-impact role. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to shape and build out our recruiting engine.

In this position, you will:

  • Help us build a consistent brand awareness

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired candidate qualifications

  • Build sourcing targets by researching and identifying the best sourcing channels, companies, and skillsets to identify and engage diverse talent at all levels

  • Source both active and passive talent through creative identification and engagement approaches

  • Communicate the company’s employee value proposition in a compelling way to attract and close candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers to guide and facilitate the recruitment process, including providing regular candidate and search updates and reporting

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across the talent acquisition lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance and avoid legal risks by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with hiring managers

  • Support projects and initiatives aligned to talent acquisition priorities

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate and agency environments

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Prior experience with sourcing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

  • Working experience launching drip marketing campaigns to engage passive talent

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Effective communication skills – both interpersonal and written

  • Prioritization and time management skills

Hybrid Schedule: 1-2 days in our San Bruno, CA office/week (Remote possible)

Travel Requirements: 10% or less, as needed to support the business

Base Salary: $75k-$90k
