Job description
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of leisure activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games,
- Assist in arranging recreational and educational classes, speakers, and field trips;
- Monitor and supervise participant safety and behavior and communicate with parents/guardians.
- Set up, prepare, and clean designated areas for activities and events;
- Check and track supplies and materials;
- Serve meals to youth on an as-needed basis;
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and one year of experience working with school age children in a structured program setting. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Special Requirements
Applicants over 18 must submit fingerprints via a Livescan process. Applicants must be willing and able to participate and pass Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certification training.
