Receptionist/Sales Administrator - Charlotte, NC
Job description
The Receptionist/Sales Administrator will support our sales team, office staff, and customers by handling clerical & administrative duties. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be a team player.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Creating & entering sales orders.
- Coordinating with Dispatch on delivery locations.
- Answering phones, processing orders, and providing daily pricing for customers.
- Scheduling UPS/UPS Freight pickups.
- Packing and shipping new hire equipment.
- Trace, track, and expedite fuel orders.
- Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Regularly interacts with various departments (Dispatch, Service, Credit, Billing, etc.).
- Assisting Salesmen with any tasks they need (Quotes, Pricing, Technical Support, Research, etc.).
- Ordering office supplies, uniforms, business cards, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
