Title: Receptionist - PART TIME ONSITE
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Shift: Typical hours will be from 2pm - 5pm, will help cover for vacation so must have occasional flexibility
You will be the the first impression of Kurita America! The ideal candidate will be someone responsible for answering and directing all inbound phone calls. To service our customers’ needs by providing accurate and complete information for each phone conversation. To provide administrative services by filing general correspondence, mail sorting, printing, and stocking.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all telephone calls & emails in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help all walk-in customers and vendors professionally.
- Collect mail from mailbox and distribute to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Good telephone voice, manner, etc.
- Familiarity with computerized word processing programs, spreadsheets and accounting packages.
- Team player.
Physical and Mental requirements: Required to sit for extended periods of time. Not remote capable.
