Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a high-quality Receptionist for a well-established Law Firm located in the Bradenton, FL area.
Duties Include:
- Answering the phones/transfer to the correct department
- Assist attorneys with filing, and scanning documents
- Making outbound calls to clients and updating information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School DIploma/GED Required
- 3-4 years of prior Receptionist experience
- The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mircosoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Prior experience working within a law firm preferred but not required.
