Empire Gardens in Perris, CA is looking for one receptionist to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 4164 N Perris Blvd C. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

This position is the first impression of the dispensary so it is important to be outgoing and patient with customers.

This position is excellent for someone who would like to get into the retail side of the Cannabis Industry.

Position Responsibilities:

• Checking customer identification for age verification
• Scanning customer ID into Point of Sale system
• Making sure Customers are adhering to social distancing guidelines
• Periodically sanitizing commonly touched surfaces (door handles, ATM key pad, etc.)
• Converse with customers in the waiting room when applicable.

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Organize and schedule meetings as needed *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Position Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old or older
• Must be able to work weekends
  

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Qualifications

*Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills

• retail marijuana: 1 year (Preferred)
• • in-person customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
