Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients and perspective clients
• Answer phone calls and redirect them or take messages when necessary
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Prepare correspondence and emails
• File and update contact information of clients
• Maintain filing system
• Prepare daily mail
• assist where needed
• maintain organization and cleanliness of office

Requirements and skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven work experience as a receptionist
• Ability to answer phones in an upbeat but professional manner
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Integrity and professionalism

• Proficiency in MS Office
• High school diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
