Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first time? We are looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team!

New agents that join the Robin Gordon Group are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide.

We offer the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows and provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. One of our newest agents just crossed $10 Million in sales in just 8 months!

At the Robin Gordon Group, we offer continued education every week to ensure that our agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. We take this extremely seriously as we know how crucial it is especially in the Philadelphia area where the market is in constant change.

We are a luxury real estate team. Our brand specializes in luxury homes selling at $1M and above. If you are looking to break into the luxury market, increase your average price point and sit multi-million dollar open houses, this is the team for you.

What we can offer you:

• 10-15 Showing opportunities per month
• Leads from multiple establishes sources including: Zillow, Google, Realtor.com, Open Houses and our database of over 50,000 contacts
• Transaction coordination support

• Search, identify, and show residential real estate properties
• Committed to getting the job done
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• No fear of rejection or making daily outbound calls, texts, and emails
• Commitment to prospecting DAILY

• Job Type: Full-time
• MUST have a PA Real Estate License or have passed the PSI exam or have completed the real estate pre-licensing course and be in the process of taking the PSI exam

• Willingness to be coached and be held accountable
• MUST be willing to work weekends
