We're looking for people who want to get their real estate salesperson's license. You'll be out in the field, forming partnerships with consumers and sharing your knowledge to assist them with their purchases or sale.

$90,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Guide your customers as they navigate their home purchase, representing them through negotiations and the closing process
• Build your business by serving customers generated by Redfin and then through your own repeat and referral network
• Benefit from a dedicated support team of licensed real estate professionals responsible for marketing, open houses, showings, inspections, and the closing process
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion

• Willing to take prelicensing and get licensed
• High school diploma or GED
• Have or be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license
• Strong interpersonal skills, including being comfortable talking to new people
• Good customer services skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team office environment while having a high degree of self-discipline, independence, and a business mindset
• Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience
