Real Estate Course Instructor
Job description
We are looking for competent candidates for our real estate courses, including pre-license, post-license, and continuing education.
Compensation:$50 - $60 hourly
Responsibilities:- The instructor must evaluate the course outlines, materials, and/or lectures to ensure that the course conforms with all local, state, and/or federal rules pertaining to the Specialty and State licencing requirements.
- To ensure that the course stays compliant, the instructor must notify the employer of any changes in local, state, federal, or industry laws, procedures, or regulations that may influence the course.
- The applicant must possess a current, valid certification or license to instruct pre-license, and broker courses in Virginia:
- Principles and Practices of Real Estate
- Real Estate Broker Law
- Real Estate Brokerage
- Real Estate Broker Finance
- Real Estate Broker Appraisal
- Any Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; OR any Associate's degree and six years of experience
- Teaching experience is desirable
