Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop a strong understanding of the Chicago real estate market and trends
- Utilize technology and tools to generate leads and manage client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and manage the transaction process from start to finish
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois real estate broker license
- 1-2 years of experience as a real estate broker
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with technology and real estate software
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
