Requirements (1) State of Pennsylvania Real Estate License (2) 18 years of age or older (3) Valid Pennysylvania Drivers License

Responsibilities Complete C21 on-boarding process, including C21 University courses, Collaborate with managers and mentors for guidance and growth. Participate in scheduled office meetings, trainings and coaching sessions. Utilize resources and tools provided by C21 Frontier Realty to optimize success. Hold yourself to the highest standards as an affiliated agent of C21 Frontier Realty. Maintain professionalism in working with agents, clients, real estate partners and general public. Complete Code of Ethics training and Continuing Education requirements for license renewal. Maintain current membership in local Real Estate Board, PAR and NAR. Provide professional guidance and assistance to clients in all aspects of real estate transactions. Prepare paperwork and real estate documents correctly and submit as required. Remain knowledgeable about the current real estate market and best practices. Commitment to growth of business and the integrity of the broker. Participate in corporate and broker level awards programs.
