Let me break it down for you. Here's what you'll do when you join our team:
- Find and help people achieve their real estate goals.
- Execute a lead generation lever every week.
- Conduct two open houses every month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice.
- Participate in team activities.
- Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangouts, and Partner Calls.
- Consult with sellers, convert them to listings, and market homes to sell.
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
- Consult with buyers, convert them with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes to sell.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
