General Responsibilities: 1. Supports teachers with implementation of IRLA.2. Pushes into classrooms to deliver small group instruction to students who are reading at emergency lessons as determined by IRLA and STAR testing.3. Supports school leaders to design effective after school intervention programs.4. Monitors the progress of students who are receiving tier 2 and tier 3 (after school) interventions and adjusts intervention plans based on data.5. Attends school and district training in IRLA/ARC and Lexia and supports the implementation of these programs with fidelity across classrooms. 6.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan the integration of intervention strategies into content classes. 7. Communicate with families regularly to discuss student performance, attendance, progress, etc. via phone calls, emails, written correspondence 8.
