Job description
Ø Minimum of 3 year experience in US Healthcare RCM
Ø Should have End to End RCM knowledge (All scopes within RCM)
Ø Should have knowledge on Eligibility & benefits verification, billing ,scrubber edits, rejection, Payment posting and AR follow up & Denial Management
Ø Understand the clean claims and first pass ratio billing metrics
Ø Knowledge on federal Payor billing guidelines
Ø Must understand the timelines and adhere to meet SLA
Ø Ensure that the portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks
Ø Develop and execute innovative strategies to improve and secure business delivery
Ø Should have exposure working on MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Ø Should be able to prepare KPI reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
Ø Should be able to drive performance along with Quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
