*SPG is hiring Full Time RBT's for School-Based Services!

SPG Therapy & Education, one of the most highly regarded multidisciplinary pediatric providers in California, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with students with Autism and related disabilities. Salary - $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (starting at $21-22 for BTs).

***$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS***

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition
• Collect data

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
• Required: 7-9 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 1 year preferred
• Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to work with students in-person
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!

General Requirements

• Fingerprint background clearance
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
• Employment is contingent upon being vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 and related variants. Legal COVID vaccination exemptions (i.e., for disability or religious beliefs or practices) in compliance with applicable law will be considered for unvaccinated individuals

Benefits:

• Salary - $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (starting at $21-22 for BTs) depending on experience and education
