We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, competitive, and team-oriented person who sincerely enjoys interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include assisting guests in signing up for activities, creating itineraries, communicating guest needs to other departments, answering questions regarding the Alisal and local areas, and answering the phones. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years previous customer service and office experience - preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate. Must be friendly and courteous even under pressure, have a positive attitude, and be computer, email, and internet proficient. Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to follow through and complete tasks efficiently and in a specified period. Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays. Position is full-time.
