Job Summary
- Responsible for delegated areas of authority in the performance of routine or special procedures.
- Assess the patients and performs procedures accurately and safely.
- Operate specialized radiographic equipment to produce quality images for diagnostic interpretation in the inpatient, outpatient and Emergency Department settings.
- Position anatomy, use proper breathing instructions, and select proper technical factors to produce quality radiographic images.
- Perform all necessary computer operations to ensure proper examination documentation.
Education/Experience/Certification
- Education: A member in good standing with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiological Technology).
- Previous job experience preferred
Work Schedule
- 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
- Call time involvement
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $23.75 - $36.00 per hour
